Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for personal lines clients via phone, email, and in person
- Handle day-to-day service needs including policy changes, billing questions, ID card requests, and documentation updates
- Gather information from new leads and run quotes in carrier systems
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-ups
- Process endorsements and renewals in the agency management system, remarket accounts as needed
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy information, billing, and underwriting questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support the Account Managers and Producers with administrative and service tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our agency values and commitment to client care

What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in a personal lines insurance customer service role preferred
- Active Missouri Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
- Familiarity with personal lines insurance products (auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience using an agency management system (such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar)
- A helpful, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
