Our Agency Owner is looking for the right person to take under their wing. Would you like an opportunity to work and learn from some of the top agents in the industry? The person we are searching for will have the opportunity to work with our amazing and professional client base. We desire someone who is licensed in P&C and/or Life & Health so they can hit the ground running. The customer service sales representative who will excel in this role will have the personality and confidence to work with referrals which come in daily from top Realtors and Loan Officers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of insurance experience
- Active Property Casualty License and Life & Health License
- Energetic and eager to help grow the business
- Outgoing - likes to meet and talk to new people
- Great communicator - phone, e-mail & face to face
- Professional Demeanor
- Organized
- Responsible - good attendance
- Self Improvement - wants to grow and be the best they can be
Responsibilities
- Call, Quote and Meet with our new business referrals
- Contact current clients regarding additional lines of business
- Call new business warm leads to gather information and generate sales
- Manage client files and organize client information
- Assist the Agency Owner in maintaining and cultivating referral relationships
