- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate referrals
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to learn and deliver presentations of our products tailored to our customers needs.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must be able to lift minimal 50lbs and climb ladders for potential attic inspections
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
