No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities to grow into sales, leadership, and management roles.

What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Birmingham area
- Go door-to-door introducing homeowners to Pinnacle Home Improvements
- Generate qualified leads for our Outside Sales team
- Schedule free in-home consultations with homeowners
- Build relationships through face-to-face customer interaction
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
- Work outdoors while staying active throughout your shift
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
Experience is helpful but NOT required.
