This position provides assessment and treatment of patients requiring physical therapy services within the home care setting. The physical therapist is a resource to the field staff in the areas of community rehabilitation and individualized rehabilitation needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Valid state driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR certification
