Pinnacle Health is a brand-new Rural Health Clinic (RHC) opening in the heart of Carnation, WA. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and accessible primary care to our local families, agricultural workers, and neighboring communities across the Snoqualmie Valley.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric populations).
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, and preventative care plans.
- Perform routine wellness physicals, diagnostic screenings, and minor in-office procedures.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and clinical laboratory results.
- Collaborate closely with clinic support staff, local specialists, and regional health networks to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Washington State ARNP / NP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
- National Board Certification (FNP or AGNP).
- Active DEA registration is required.
- Passion for community-oriented and rural healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Experience: New graduates with relevant clinical rotation experience or experienced providers are encouraged to apply.
