Summary:
Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
Current Maine LPN
Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
