Key Responsibilities

• Teach weekly dance classes in various styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, tap, or acro.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate choreography and technique instruction.
• Provide constructive feedback while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare students for seasonal recitals.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support studio events and activities.
• Maintain a professional and punctual presence in all classes and studio interactions.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress, attendance, and studio updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a studio, school, or performance setting.
• Strong background in at least one core dance style; multi-style proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups, from young children to teens.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable teaching both in-person and via virtual platforms, if needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
