Job Summary
Developed detailed implementation plans, milestones and resource requirements
Align expectations with stakeholders on system capabilities and customization limits
Map current vendor lifecycle processes (onboarding, invoicing, compliance)
Identify gaps and recommend best practices enabled by the VMS
Setup vendor categories, templates, forms and compliance rules
Conduct iterative configuration reviews and adjust based on feedback
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
Resolve defects, validate fixes and ensure readiness for production go-live
Train client administrators, end users and vendor users on VMS functionality
Provide hyper care support for issue resolution post go-live
Ensure smooth transition to client support teams or managed services
Advise on VMS best practices & industry standards
Build strong client relationships to support long-term adoption and satisfaction
Qualifications

Identify gaps and recommend best practices enabled by the VMS
- System Configuration & Setup
Setup vendor categories, templates, forms and compliance rules
Conduct iterative configuration reviews and adjust based on feedback
- Testing & Quality Assurance
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
Resolve defects, validate fixes and ensure readiness for production go-live
- Training & change management
Train client administrators, end users and vendor users on VMS functionality
- Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support
Provide hyper care support for issue resolution post go-live
Ensure smooth transition to client support teams or managed services
- Client Relationship Advisory
Advise on VMS best practices & industry standards
Build strong client relationships to support long-term adoption and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Advanced configuration knowledge of VMS Platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) (Beeline Level 2 certification & Fieldglass advanced certification/system integrator certification preferred)
- Prefer a minimum of 6 years previous experience in contingent workforce management supporting VMS, as well as experience with Beeline, FG & VNDLY VMS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to develop creative solutions to challenging problems
