What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd?
We are seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our small, in-house rehab department providing care to skilled and long-term care residents in our nursing facility. Our team encourages and works with residents to achieve their highest level of independence and function to enhance their overall quality of life, whether they are returning home to the community or living here at our facility. Candidates will be responsible for completing evaluations and treatments for skilled patients as well as long term care residents. This position could be true per diem or a regular per diem for the right fit, with a schedule of 1-2 regular days a week, with some room for flexibility. Experience in long-term care and an appreciation for the unique needs of this population are preferred.
