Job Summary:

Rego Park Health Care is a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Corona, Queens, committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and organized Nursing Home Concierge to serve as a point of contact and resource for residents and their families, providing assistance with a variety of needs and helping to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and orient residents and visitors, providing a welcoming presence and helping new residents get settled
• Assist with daily needs, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, coordinating with family members, and managing mail
• Provide information and resources, connecting residents with relevant services, activities, and community resources
• Facilitate communication, ensuring clear communication between residents, families, and nursing home staff
• Enhance the resident experience, going above and beyond to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents, creating a more enjoyable and personalized living experience
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21 per hour
