Schedule:
- Full time and part time schedules available
- Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.

- Current Maine LPN
- Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
