Summary: The LPN will, in collaboration with a registered nurse, utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure quality nursing care for the residents.

- Provides routine care for assigned residents.
- Administers medications, performs treatments and documents in accordance with Affinity Healthcare policies and local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Participates in care planning meetings.
- Coordinate nursing care of resident when scheduled for therapy or procedures.
- Accurately and promptly implement physician orders.
