What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook breakfast/ lunch position at Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd?
Pinnacle Health and Rehab Sanford is searching for a full-time breakfast/lunch cook. The breakfast hours are 5a-1p, the lunch hours are 6a-2p. Both shifts would be worked in a 5-day work week with every other weekend rotation requirement.
We are ideally looking for someone with prior healthcare cooking experience but willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a sufficient knowledge of large scale institutional foodservice procedures, including modified diets and sanitation to provide proper dietary needs for all residents and methodical work habits with a teamwork philosophy. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly.
Duties to include:
Prepare and serve meals, snacks and supplements, and perform associated cleanup.
