The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Intelligence Community (IC) business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years prior Government contracting related business development experience, specifically in the Intelligence Community lane.
- 10 years of shaping and responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- Have hands-on experience in the full life cycle of BD/Capture management resulting in award and capture of intelligence community based contracts.
- Extensive experience and connections with the big prime corporations within our industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Salary : $100 - $125
