Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Garage Door Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related systems on various construction sites and residential properties in the Coastal Bend Area from Corpus Christi to Rockport, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a background or previous experience in Garage Door install and repair. This position offers an opportunity to work on your own as the jobs come in.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain garage doors, openers, and related hardware using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform garage door, garage door opener, and garage door spring repair and/or installtion.
- Handle heavy lifting safely to move doors, panels, or equipment during installation or repair processes
- Own tools and own insured vehicle preferred with a valid driver’s license required.
This position requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering quality workmanship. Candidates should be committed to safety standards and possess excellent technical skills to ensure successful project completion.
Pay will be at a contracted rate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
