Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare budgets, handle payroll, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities also include processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling accounts, creating financial reports, and supporting audits to maintain accuracy in financial operations. Collaboration with team members to streamline financial processes will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
- Strong bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and payroll management skills
- Expertise in accounts payable and receivable management
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience; experience in the engineering or semiconductor industry is a plus
