Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our construction and remodeling team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems, construction site work, and mechanical installations. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. A strong understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge is essential to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing projects accurately
- Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for various piping systems
- Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing components and related carpentry tasks
- Utilize HVAC knowledge for system integration and troubleshooting when necessary
- Operate construction equipment and adhere to safety protocols on construction sites
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, HVAC, or maintenance person services as needed
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, with a background in construction site work preferred
- Knowledge of welding techniques, pipe threading, schematics reading, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
- Experience with remodeling projects or maintenance person work is a plus
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
