General Liability / Auto Attorney (Insurance Defense) – Buffalo - Hybrid Remote

With over 45 attorneys and offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we defend a wide range of matters, including liability, toxic tort, products liability, coverage disputes, and healthcare fraud.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits program. - Auto Bodily Injury Litigation
- General Liability
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
- NY bar
- Recent insurance defense background
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
