What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler (Seasonal) position at Pinnacle Climate Technologies?
Assembler (Seasonal) $17.25 an hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Excellent working conditions - Clean, air-conditioned environment
Responsibilities
- Assemble fabricated parts - small subassemblies and/or complete units.
- Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans.
- Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.
- Inspect/verify assembled units to comply with Pinnacle’s quality standards and ensure the product is ready to ship to the customer.
- Reports quality issues and errors in the production line; and informs the supervisor of any shortages in parts or hardware
- Contribute to team effort by filling in as needed to complete tasks.
- Works under immediate supervision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous assembly experience helpful
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Customer oriented and works well with teams.
- Excellent Attendance
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Detail orientated
- Work is repetitive in nature
