Role Description
The Tower Technician Instructor is a full-time hybrid role based in Kansas City, MO, with opportunities for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering practical and theoretical course materials related to tower technician skills, overseeing hands-on training sessions, and assessing student performance. The instructor will also guide students in developing industry-standard practices, maintain program compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, and stay updated on advancements in the tower technician field.
Qualifications
