Overview

Silika, a division of Pinnacle, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise IT ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level infrastructure that supports mission-critical operations across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead migrations from on-premises systems to cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Develop architecture standards and best practices for security, compliance, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft technologies and security solutions.
  
  

Ideal Skills & Expertise (2 of any below is ideal)

• Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
• Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
• Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and cloud).
• Cloud Migration strategies and execution.
• GCC and GCC-H environments for government compliance.
• Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
