- Meet face-to-face with small business owners and their employees to discover gaps in coverage and present unique options
- Build your initial client base through our proven prospecting system, which we'll teach you hands-on, then grow it through referrals and re-enrollments
- Use our simple & customized CRM to stay organized and follow up consistently
TRAINING & SUPPORT
- One week of in-depth classroom training
- Field training and shadowing with top reps
- Weekly team meetings (remote attendance available)
- Ongoing access to coaching calls, podcasts, and sales resources, including best practices and live training sessions from top producers and hot hands
COMPENSATION
- Uncapped earnings mean no ceiling on your earnings the more you put in, the more you get out; if you're above-average, it's time you get paid like it.
- Average new reps earn $80,000 in year one
- Top rookies break $100,000 easily in their first year
- Experienced producers scale to multiple six figures within their first few years, and continue growing from there
- Bonuses, cash incentives, and 2-3 annual incentive trips available
