YOUR ROLE
You'll be working face-to-face with small business owners, helping them protect their employees with supplemental health benefits. You'll be trained by active top producers and supported by a high-performance team. You will:
- Prospect and present to small to mid-sized businesses
- Build your client base, then grow through re-enrollments and referrals
- Use a proprietary CRM to track outreach and follow-ups
