We’re hiring: Part-Time Inspector & Janitorial Operations Associate
Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Inspector & Janitorial Operations Associate to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept facilities. This role combines inspection responsibilities with hands-on janitorial support, making it a great fit for someone who takes pride in high standards, pays attention to details, and is willing to step in where needed.
In this position, you will help ensure our facilities consistently meet cleanliness and safety standards by conducting inspections, documenting issues, communicating findings, and supporting cleaning operations as needed.
What you’ll do
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet cleanliness and company standards
- Identify areas needing attention and report deficiencies promptly
- Complete inspection checklists and maintain accurate records
- Communicate findings with management and janitorial staff
- Follow up on corrective actions to help ensure issues are resolved
- Support janitorial operations as needed to maintain overall cleanliness and efficiency
- Assist with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and other general cleaning tasks
- Help monitor restrooms, break areas, offices, and common spaces
- Support waste removal and recycling processes as needed
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly
What we’re looking for
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Nice to have
- Experience in quality control or inspection-related roles
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards
- Bilingual skills
Work environment
- Indoor and/or outdoor facilities
- Evening or weekend shifts may be required
- Physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and prolonged standing
