Must be able to lift and put away supplies. Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100% Must be able to use computer, write, separate reports. PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS: Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time. Responsibilities And Duties
- Provides customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution.
- Reconciles and complete entries for third-party funding accounts.
- Performs daily balancing and reviews of teller/vault accounts and limits; and works with the branch managers on resolution of offages.
- Conducts daily ATM entries serviced by armored car.
- Reviews exceptions reports and follow-up on findings.

- Call surprise audits
- Review new Positive Pay – Cashier’s Checks
- Backup withholding processing
- Bulk Tin review
- Assist with unclaimed property
- Review Forward Mail and sends letters to customers
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of bank operations and information systems.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and co-workers.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to create an organized, efficient work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
- High school graduate or equivalent with previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred
