TREASURY MNGT II

DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY:Responsible for treasury management, commercial services, and merchant card operations. Assists with the development and selection of treasury management products and services.  Assists branch personnel in new client marketing.This is a floating position between our Ft Lupton and Brighton branches.  RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Manages merchant portfolio, merchant set-ups, and merchant application pricing. Coordinates with 2nd party merchant service provider.  Oversees growth and success.Markets and coordinates treasury management products as defined by Officer and Executive Management.Assists with the research, development, and implementation of treasury management products and services.Assists commercial loan officers with new client prospects.Travels between branches and to meet customers.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Regular and reliable attendance. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.Knowledge of treasury management products, merchant services processes and services.Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles.Knowledge of management policies and procedures.Skills in strong customer relations.Skill in operating computer terminal.Skill in decision-making and problem solving.Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.Ability to work as a team player.Ability to work with accuracy and maintain a high level of confidentiality.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent with previous banking experience.Five to eight years of bank experience related to commercial relationships and management.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Seeing: 75-100%                                                                                                                   Must be able to read reports, see computer screen, visit customer sites Hearing: 75-100%                                                                                                                 Must be able to communicate with Co-workers Standing/Walking: 25-49%                                       Must be able to visit customer sites. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0-24%Set up customer sites on merchant card.Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 25-49%                Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%                                                                               Must be able to use computer, write separate reports                                                                    PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects.  Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time. NOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level, or work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.  They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills, required of personnel so classified.  More DetailsThis is a floating position between our Ft Lupton and Brighton branches.
