Job Summary
The nCino Implementation Lead is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of platform enhancements across the organization. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Business Collaboration Leaders, Learning & Development, and Support teams to drive business readiness, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure a smooth transition from release to production support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Change Management & Readiness
- Lead change management efforts for nCino enhancements and releases
- Coordinate training strategy and delivery with Learning & Development
- Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications to impacted user groups
- Validate business readiness and ensure users are prepared for upcoming changes
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Own end-to-end UAT planning and execution
- Coordinate test scenarios, users, and timelines
- Facilitate demos and walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Track defects and approvals, and secure formal signoff from business leaders
Product Support & Knowledge Management
- Maintain and enhance the nCino knowledge base, including user guides and FAQs
- Partner with internal Support (611) to manage escalation paths and issue triage
- Identify trends in support issues and drive improvements to product or documentation
- Support post-release activities, including hypercare and issue monitoring
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
