Pinnacle Aviation is seeking a dynamic and proactive Flight Support Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional assistance to our clients and internal teams. The Flight Support Coordinator supports Pinnacle Aviation's aircraft management and charter operations by overseeing all trip logistics. This role ensures every flight is fully organized, communicated, and ready for seamless execution prior to departure.
Responsibilities:
Trip Coordination & Aircraft Support
- Assign and confirm flight crew for each scheduled trip.
- Upload accurate passenger information and prepare detailed manifests.
- Arrange catering and ground transportation based on trip requirements or instructions.
- Prepare and distribute trip documents (itineraries, manifests, etc.) to brokers, passengers, charter and flight crew ahead of time.
Trip Execution & Operational Support (Part 91 & 135)
- Monitor the flights inbox and proactively support the operations team with coordination needs.
- Notify FBOs of departure and arrival times, including special handling requests.
- Secure fuel releases using cost-effective vendors.
- Provide flight following and crew support throughout each trip.
- Ensure all passengers needs are met from pre-departure to arrival.
Additional Duties:
- Coordinate all FBO communication, passenger manifests, catering and ground transportation once a trip is booked.
- Ensure completed trip documents are provided to brokers, retail passengers, operations and flight crew for full trip awareness.
- Others as assigned.

Requirements:
- Prior experience with Aviation field a plus
- High school diploma or GED
