Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team. The RN will provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred

Experience:
- Medical-surgical: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Preferred)

Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
