About Us
Pinky's Property Management is a growing multi-trade contracting and property services company serving commercial and residential clients across Western New York and Florida. We work with local builders, developers and property owners, and our framing division is busy with new construction and remodel work. We're looking for reliable framers who take pride in clean, accurate work and want to grow with a company that's expanding fast.
What You'll Do
- Frame walls, floors, roofs and stairs for new residential and light commercial construction
- Read and follow blueprints, plans and specs
- Lay out walls, plates and openings accurately
- Set and install trusses, joists, beams, headers and sheathing
- Install windows, exterior doors and blocking as needed
- Use framing nailers, saws and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Keep job sites clean, organized and safe
- Work with the crew lead and GC to stay on schedule
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of framing experience (more is a plus; willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic)
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
- Your own basic hand tools (hammer, tape, square, tool belt)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across WNY
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders and roofs, and work outdoors in all seasons
- Shows up on time, every day
- OSHA 10 is a plus
