Join our dynamic embroidery production team as an Embroidery Production Assistant!
Duties
- Assist in setting up embroidery machines and preparing fabrics for production runs
- Support the sewing and garment construction processes by handling materials and ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate and troubleshoot sewing machines to maintain efficient workflow during embroidery and assembly tasks
- Manage inventory of fabrics, threads, and other supplies within the warehouse or production area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring embroidery details are precise and consistent
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Experience operating sewing machines or familiarity with sewing processes preferred
- Demonstrating reliability and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
