Local restaurants use Pinkbot to reduce costs, speed up delivery times, and improve the overall delivery experience for their customers. As we expand across Philadelphia, we're hiring driven Senior Account Executives who thrive in the field and enjoy building relationships with local business owners.

 

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Pinkbot, you'll be on the ground across Philadelphia walking into local businesses, meeting restaurant owners, and signing new partners. This is a field-focused, high-activity sales role suited for people who love being out in the city, introducing themselves, and winning new accounts through direct interaction. You'll own a territory, grow your merchant base, and play a crucial part in shaping Pinkbot's footprint in Philadelphia. Your success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota and proactively managing your pipeline by hitting the weekly metrics of field visits, calls, and emails.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants to sign new partnerships in your geographic region with a mix of walk-ins, at least 75 per week, and email follow-ups.
  • Create a strong first impression and act as an ambassador of Pinkbot to build long-term partnerships and clearly communicate the value of Pinkbot's service.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including cold walk-ins, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and the first month of partnership.
  • Understand restaurant operations and position Pinkbot as a cost-effective solution to delivery apps.
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Help identify and build standard processes while collaborating with Account Management to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner.

 

What You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, door-to-door, or territory-based SMB sales.
  • Comfort walking into businesses, pitching owners, and driving outbound activity daily.
  • A strong hunter mentality with a track record of hitting territory targets.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, handle objections, and build trust quickly with business owners.
  • Coachability, an interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to building your brand.

 

Bonus Experience

  • Selling to restaurants, bars, or coffee shops.
  • CPG, alcohol and beverage, or food service sales.
  • Experience managing a local territory or doing daily field visits.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000.
  • OTE: $115,000.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Top performers reach $130,000 .
