About the Role:
Pink Zebra Moving of Chagrin Falls is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive new residential and commercial moving business
- Conduct in-home or virtual estimates and consultations with prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
- Manage and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
- Represent the Pink Zebra brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all customer touchpoints
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in moving, logistics, home services, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable conducting in-home estimates and consultations
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
