Pink Sparrow is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the development of experiential and spatial environments, spanning brand activations, retail environments, and immersive installations. This role works closely with Creative Direction, Spatial Designers, Print, Production, and Fabrication teams to translate brand narratives into cohesive visual systems across both presentation and built environments. The Graphic Designer contributes across concept development and production, ensuring graphic intent is aligned with fabrication and real-world application, and plays a key role in supporting and maintaining graphic continuity from early-stage RFP and concept development through final execution.
Essential Responsibilities:
Environmental & Project-Based Graphics
- Develop and refine graphics for experiential, retail, and immersive environments
- Translate brand direction into cohesive environmental graphic systems
- Design large-scale applied graphics, signage, and dimensional graphic elements
- Ensure graphic sizing and layout align with spatial models and fabrication intent
Design Development & Presentation Support
- Support development and preparation of design materials for internal reviews and client presentations, including mood boards, layouts, and visual assets
- Prepare and refine RFP decks and presentation materials
- Maintain consistency across fonts, layouts, and overall visual language
- Support rapid-turn revisions during active client review cycles
Capabilities & Business Development Support
- Support development and updates to capabilities decks
- Assist in packaging materials for pitches and new business opportunities
- Ensure cohesion across all client-facing materials
Print & Production Coordination
- Prepare production-ready artwork for environmental applications (vinyl, signage, etc.)
- Collaborate with print and production teams to ensure technical accuracy and creative alignment
- Support sampling, print approvals, and QC from a design perspective
- Bridge graphic design intent with physical production requirements
Project Planning & Communication
- Work closely with Creative Direction and Design Leadership to execute design intent
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Spatial Design, Print, and Fabrication teams
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities within fast-paced timelines
- Maintain organized file structures and clear documentation across projects
Organizational Alignment & Accountability
- Contribute to studio-wide design standards and evolving workflows
- Support a collaborative, high-performing design environment
- Demonstrate ownership, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in experiential, environmental, or brand design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across spatial/environmental applications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing for large-scale, physical environments
- Strong understanding of scale, materials, and production workflows
- Experience collaborating with 3D/spatial design teams
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively under tight timelines
Preferred:
- Experience developing or integrating environmental graphics within spatial designs
- Experience with graphic design workflows in Figma
- Comfort with or interest in supporting presentation development (deck layout and visual storytelling)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or workflows as part of the design process
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
