- Develop and adapt curriculum materials using the latest learning technology tools to enhance student understanding.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing, project evaluations, and formative assessments; provide constructive feedback to support growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Mathematics or related field; higher education teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Proven classroom management skills with experience working with students of varying ages and abilities.
- Strong knowledge of STEM subjects
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and curriculum development tailored for diverse learners.
- Experience utilizing learning technology platforms for lesson planning and student engagement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts clearly and motivate students.
- Ability to prepare students for standardized testing through targeted instruction and tutoring sessions.
- Demonstrated research skills in scientific research or laboratory settings; experience with dissection is a plus.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques including behavior management strategies and special education accommodations.
- Prior public, private school or Montessori teaching experience is advantageous but not required.
