Overview:
We are seeking a driven, hands-on, and community-oriented Territory Manager to join our growing team at Pink’s Windows. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and generating sales in a designated territory that is primarily in the Salt Lake Valley, but also reaches to Tooele, Park City, and Utah County.
Our company is growing and you'll lead a small team of field technicians, manage customer relationships, and drive business development through strategic outreach and local networking. The ideal candidate has experience managing people, selling to both businesses and homeowners, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet territory revenue targets and support company growth.
- Provide in-person estimates and conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial window cleaning and pressure washing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, restaurant owners, and other local business stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a small field team (technicians), including scheduling, routing, training, and coaching.
- Represent the Pink’s brand in the community by attending local events, cold calling, and door-to-door outreach.
- Oversee job scheduling, routing efficiency, and timely project execution with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage territory operations including inventory control (soap, towels, gear), vehicle compliance, and safety standards.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Jobber, Salesforce, or similar) to manage leads, client communication, and daily operations.
- Monitor crew performance and implement best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, following up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing teams (team lead, shift supervisor, crew leader, or similar roles).
- Proven experience in sales, including business-to-business (B2B) or direct-to-consumer sales (door-to-door is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and closing sales.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable leading a crew while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Jobber, or similar) and mobile communication tools.
- Ability to conduct effective on-site estimates and communicate the value of Pink’s services confidently.
- Physically capable of working in fieldwork (e.g., window cleaning, ladder use).
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and enjoys engaging with the local community.
- Familiarity with service-based businesses or retail customer environments is a plus.
