What You’ll Do
As a Lead Technician, you’re the quarterback, shift lead, or head barista on the job site. You own the experience — from arrival to final walkthrough.
Leadership Responsibilities before the Job
- Review upcoming jobs and prepare materials
- Know the scope before you arrive
- Communicate clearly with customers about timing and expectations
- Send arrival alerts and greet customers professionally
On the Job
- Clean interior & exterior residential and commercial windows
- Clean screens and scrub tracks
- Perform gutter cleaning
- Power wash siding, brick, and concrete
- Lead maintenance plan jobs and first-time residential services
- Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency at all times
During the Job
- Delegate tasks clearly and confidently
- Work alongside your technician when needed
- Keep the job flowing smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain Pink’s quality standards on every surface
Closing the Job
- Walk the customer through the completed work
- Address any questions or concerns with confidence
- Handle payment and politely mention reviews
- Leave the home or business better than you found it
