Area Manager (Territory Manager)

What You’ll Do
1. Sales & Quoting
- Conduct on-site and virtual quotes for window cleaning services.
- Follow up with leads quickly to maximize closing rates.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to grow recurring business.
- Track sales activity and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Present pricing clearly and confidently to customers.
2. Grow the Business
- Look for new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Create and follow plans that bring in new customers and help us stand out in the market.
- Study the local market to understand trends and what competitors are doing.
3. Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Form and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and current customers.
- Learn what customers need and offer solutions that fit their goals.
- Ask for feedback often and use it to improve our service.
- Make sure every customer has a great experience with us.
- Respond to customer questions or problems quickly and professionally.
- Track customer satisfaction and find ways to improve it.
4. Lead the Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor window cleaning team members.
- Create a positive work environment where people feel supported and motivated.
- Run regular team meetings and communicate company goals clearly.
5. Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and daily service operations.
- Make sure all safety rules and quality standards are followed.
- Look for ways to improve our processes and make our work more efficient.
- Help with job completion when needed to keep things running smoothly.
