We are looking for a reliable individual with customer service skills that enjoys physical work and is willing to learn the ins and outs of Pink's Window cleaning services.

IS THIS YOU?

• Deliver great customer service and build appropriate rapport with clients.
• Can handle getting a good workout at work every day from reaching high windows, lifting various equipment and tools in and out van and using around job site (max 30 pounds), climbing ladders, cleaning up.
• Like being around pets - most clients have a cat or a dog - and in different environments like houses, development communities, restaurants, country clubs, fitness centers, libraries, stores, shopping centers, etc.
• Can work outside in all types of weather.
• Want to grow from a Tech to leading a van team.
• Always like learning new skills, following systems/processes and have a strong desire to execute flawlessly in everything you do.
• Adapt well to being in a different place every day, meeting new people all the time, and representing the brand with excellence.
• Team player that's responsible for your actions, reliable, dependable, have a strong work ethic, can complete tasks well independently and looks out for each other.
• Care about image/look and work results.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols.
• Have a good driving record and can reliably get to Princeton area within a 40 minute commute.
• Want to grow to a Lead Tech, run a van, and eventually be a part of marketing and sales and teaching others how to be successful at the company.
• Can communicate clearly and succinctly.

Pink's Window Services, a renowned name in high-quality exterior/interior cleaning services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technician that wants to grow with us.

Other Essential Skills:

• Physical fitness: Ability to lift and carry equipment, work at heights, and stand/move for extended periods.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Optional but Desirable Skills:

• Experience with pressure washing or other exterior cleaning services.
• Knowledge of window cleaning techniques and products.

Benefits:

$20-$25/hr tips
