We are currently seeking a Print/Graphic artist for immediate hire with the following qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
Attend style review meetings with Design teams to understand vision/concepts before initiating the tech pack process.
Provide support to the Designer during style review meetings by taking accurate notes on embellishment/art details for all product categories.
Create and make the necessary modifications to the print setup and repeat.
Work with the supervisor to achieve the designer’s expectations for each artwork.
Work closely with the supervisor to ensure production artwork meets all criteria before sharing with vendors.
Assist in setting up color separations, detail pages, color callouts, sizing, and art placements.
Assist in converting all-over fabric print motif designs into repeat patterns for rotary and flatbed printing based on cylinder sizes and fabric widths.
Understanding of fabrication limitations and printing restrictions
Provide technical callouts on art embellishments, including embroideries, direct screen prints, appliques, and fabric prints.
Modify and update final Print & Cad as needed throughout the development/production process.
Provide organizational support to the Design Operations team by maintaining digital and physical reference materials
Communicate with the Art Director regarding new projects, trend research, and development
Print Copyrighting & organize Keeping track of the print archive

Familiar with printing processes and techniques as it applies to fabrications.
Working knowledge of the Pantone mixing system and how it relates to color matching.
Understanding of pattern nesting and production markers
Superior organizational and communication skills; team-oriented
Detail-oriented. Proceed with ordering the required colors and create a color card accordingly
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field 1-2 years of relevant design experience
