At Pink Petal, we don’t believe in being stuck in one corner. We are a cross-trained team, meaning you’ll learn the ins and outs of the entire cafe. One day you might be crafting the perfect latte, and the next, you’re helping our bakers frost a fresh batch of cupcakes.
What You’ll Be Doing (The "Pink Petal" Rotation)
As a Team Member, you will rotate through and master these three core roles:
- Barista: You are the face of our morning rush! You’ll craft specialty coffee drinks, manage the register with a smile, and maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment.
- Cook: You’ll handle the savory side of Pink Petal, preparing delicious light bites, sandwiches, and seasonal specials. Speed, precision, and food safety are your top priorities here.
- Bakery Assistant: You’ll jump into the sweet life, assisting our lead bakers with prep, oven management, and the "final touch" decorating that makes our treats Instagram-famous.

What We’re Looking For
- Stamina: You are comfortable being on your feet for long shifts and can lift up to [40-50] lbs.
- Team Player: You have a "no task is too small" attitude and a sense of humor when things get hectic.
- Experience: Previous kitchen or retail experience is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right passion and work ethic.
