What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cat Care Purrfessional position at Pink Paws & Purrs Cat Care, LLC?
PINK PAWS & PURRS IS HIRING!
We are looking for a calm, dependable, genuinely cat-loving person to join our growing Pink Paws & Purrs Cat Care team near the Wellness Way area of Clermont.
This is a very part-time position to begin with. We are a new, cat-exclusive company, so hours will be based on client bookings and may vary from week to week. As our client family grows, there may be opportunities for the right person to grow right along with us.
Starting pay is $15 per hour, plus tips.
Our ideal person:
Truly understands cats and respects their boundaries
Is patient with shy, cautious, or skeptical kitties
Lives close to Wellness Way in Clermont
Has reliable transportation for traveling to clients’ homes
Is dependable, communicative, and comfortable following detailed care instructions
Is willing to complete our training and learn our cat-specific approach
Has some flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Some cats may greet you at the door and immediately request snacks. Others may watch you suspiciously from beneath the bed while reviewing your qualifications. Both deserve patient, thoughtful care.
Pink Paws & Purrs Cat Care is built around meeting cats where they are. We believe trust should be earned, not forced, and that companionship looks different for every cat.
If this sounds like the kind of work you would feel proud to do, we would love to learn more about you.
