What You'll Do
· Advise clients on strategic workforce planning and workforce transformation initiatives.
· Develop workforce analytics and predictive models that support business decision-making.
· Conduct workforce, labor market, and pay equity analyses.
· Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leaders.
· Partner with clients to design workforce solutions that improve organizational performance.
What We're Looking For
· Master’s or PhD in economics, I-O psychology, statistics, data science, computer science, labor relations, or another quantitative discipline
· 8 years of external consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, organizational psychology, or a related field
· Experience leading workforce strategy or workforce analytics consulting engagements
· Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau
· Ability to translate complex workforce data into meaningful business recommendations
