What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Pink Jeep Tours?
Position Summary:
As an Adventure Ambassador, you'll engage guests at Silver Dollar City and other Herschend properties in Branson, introduce them to the exciting experiences offered by Pink Jeep Tours, and encourage them to take advantage of an exclusive promotional offer. The Brand Ambassador builds strong relationships with SDC partners and works closely with Pink Jeep Sales and General Management to identify opportunities, coordinate promotions, and maximize results while delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Guest Engagement:
- Proactively greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Introduce visitors to Pink Jeep Tours and communicate why our guided adventures are among Branson's premier attractions.
- Promote exclusive discounts and special offers available only through the Brand Ambassador program.
- Generate qualified leads and encourage immediate bookings through mobile devices, QR codes, or direct referrals.
- Build excitement by sharing stories, highlights, and unique features of the Pink Jeep Tours experience.
- Execute special promotions, activations, events, and other on-property opportunities as assigned.
- Share guest feedback, common questions, competitive observations, and other insights that can improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Track activity and results to help evaluate the effectiveness of on-property efforts, including bookings, leads, offer redemptions, and other defined performance measures.
- Answer guest questions regarding tour options, pricing, schedules, and availability.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to improve guest engagement strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Pink Jeep Tours brand.
- Represent Pink Jeep Tours with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
- Build strong working relationships with SDC hosts, leaders, and other Herschend partners to identify opportunities to increase awareness and referrals.
- Lead by example including working as a team and empowering each other, by being accountable to our guests, each other and the communities we serve, and embodying the Lead with Love foundational principles.
- Position is part-time (up to 30 hours per week), will require a flexible schedule, and may require working evenings and weekends. The position is also seasonal so during the slower times and winter, you will be able to enjoy some time off.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to comfortably initiate conversations with guests and create genuine connections.
- Strong persuasive selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Pink Jeep Tours and Herschend teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible scheduling availability required.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to use computers, phone systems, calculators, copiers and general office equipment
- Must be able to reach overhead, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Requires clear vision and adequate hearing
