We are seeking a professional and courteous Driver for our Luxury Concierge service. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional transportation and guest services, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our clients. Multilingual abilities and hospitality experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles to transport guests to and from drs appointment.
- Provide personalized guest services, including assistance with luggage, directions, and local recommendations.
- Maintain punctuality and manage schedules effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, phone etiquette, and guest relations at all times.
- Assist with guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance checks before and after trips.
- Collaborate with team to coordinate guest transportation needs seamlessly.
- Must have your own vehicle for preferably suv
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant guest services is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple reservations or requests efficiently.
- Experience with hospitality or front desk operations is a plus.
