Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Assistant with a background in home health, nursing, or caregiving. This role blends administrative support and hands-on client care, making it perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and adaptable.
This is a part-time position (approximately 4 - 8 hours per day 20 -40 hours per week) with flexibility and potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care Support
- Assist with light post-operative care under direction of licensed professionals
- Support clients with daily needs in a recovery setting
- Maintain a clean, calm, and comfortable environment
Administrative Duties
- Manage scheduling, emails, and client communication
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating services
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Household & Operations Support
- Light housekeeping and preparation for incoming clients
- Assist with inventory (supplies, recovery items, etc.)
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Background in home health, CNA, caregiver, or nursing (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Professional, compassionate, and discreet demeanor
Compensation & Schedule
