Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, self-driven Field Operations and Revenue Manager who is ready to join our team on-site at our Citrus Heights, CA location, and immerse in our company culture, understand our story, and help drive growth across our brands.
This is not a desk-only position. The successful candidate will spend time in the field building relationships, developing routes, and learning our operations before leading marketing and growth initiatives.

- Immerse yourself in our operations to fully understand our services
- Develop and expand customer routes and relationships
- Eventually identify new product and services opportunities
- Eventually, represent Pink Dot Companies in the community
