Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently
- Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types including carpets and hardwoods
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote healthy living environments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment properly to maximize cleaning efficiency and safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly preferred (not required)
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping practices is a plus
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience demonstrates your ability to handle diverse cleaning responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must supply your own basic cleaning equipment and supplies (preferred)
