Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing:
- Build relationships with clients from various industries as you provide leading-edge accounting and consulting services.
- Provide accounting services to internal and external clients in both tax and assurance.
- Collaborate with a talented group of colleagues, applying technical skills across a range of projects and client opportunities.
- Work towards team goals and client deliverables, as you partner with the project manager to work within project scope and exceed expectations.
- Identify trends and patterns in client information and financials, recognizing potential problems and bringing them to the supervisor’s attention.
What you’ll need for this position:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
- GPA: Must be 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
- Hours: Available to work an average of 2,300 hours annually, which accounts for overtime during the ebbs and flows of busy season.
- Location: Fully in office.
- Travel: Varies by group and location. Expect 10-15% overnight travel throughout the year as a new associate.
- Employment Eligibility: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
